Didnt have reservations on a Saturday but they were able to find a place for us. They have many different options from indoor (by the horse statue) to outside in a really cute patio, or inside with some really nice exposed brick. All around a reallly great ambiance. The drinks are top notch, and the food high quality. Shout out to Marcos who had some great recommendations (and spoke English)

Such a unique place. You are amazed from the moment you step in. Beautiful interior, each room is a little bit different. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. I took a grilled octopus which was in starter section but the portion was big. Very reasonable prices. Overall, we had great experience. Highly recommended.

Marco didn’t just serve us; he hosted us. His attention to detail, warm spirit, and deep knowledge of the menu elevated the entire experience. I recently visited Lima and while looking for a good dinner spot Casa Tambo was recommended. What a special restaurant! Kevin was our first server and he was not only wonderful, funny and warm but he remembered us when we came back the next night to bring the rest of our group for dinner. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy! And the food was absolutely fantastic! Great presentation and flavors! Their Pisco Sours were some of the best we had while in Peru! The food was fresh, delicious and unbelievably inexpensive for all the food we got! Highly recommend!

Casa Tambo is a great spot - placed directly next to Plaza San Martin and super central within the downtown - it really is an oasis for relaxation and calming down, while enjoying great food. You enter and are already amazed from the atmosphere and the service, from a concierge to staff whose headcount is approximately the same of the guests. The food was really good, I've had the udon with seafood and beef - wow. Prices are high - this is definitely on the upper end. At noon, it was not too crowded. What is interesting to me is the contrast: I've personally not found such a high contrast of the street/ entrance and neighbourhood, then entering a door and finding a place like that, which is neat, clean and calm.

Amazing experience!! We came this Sunday and enjoyed a festive show. Don’t forget to reserve 2-3 weeks in advance for front row seating. Food is delicious, staff is attentive. A “Must” if you are in Lima. The picture above are some of their desserts!
